La novità dell'ultimo decreto legge del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico riguarda l'incentivazione in conto Energia (proprio come per gli impianti fotovoltaici), GSE, di interventi di piccole dimensioni per l'incremento dell'efficienza energetica e per la produzione di energia termica da fonti rinnovabili, realizzati a decorrere dall'entrata in vigore del decreto, ai fini del raggiungimento degli obiettivi specifici previsti dai Piani di azione per le energie rinnovabili e per l'efficienza energetica di cui all'articolo 3, comma 3, del decreto legislativo 28/2011.
Il contributo equivale ad un bonus del 40% dei costi di investimento sostenuti ed è erogato in 2 anni per gli impianti fino a 35 Kw ed in 5 anni per gli impianti fino a 500 Kw destinati a servire ambienti al massimo di 700 mq, previa l'installazione di un contatore termico con lettura telematica...
Godono del contributo gli impianti di solare termico, la sostituzione di caldaie a combustibile fossile (carbone o gasolio) con caldaie a biomasse.

- Per il solare termico l’incentivo è pari a 170 euro/mq installato sotto ai 50 mq di superficie ; 55 euro/mq per impianti oltre i 50 mq di superficie; 255 – 83 euro/mq per impianti anche di raffrescamento.
- Per pompe e caldaie, rispetto alla precedente bozza, spariscono le classi di taglia a beneficio di un sistema di calcolo incentivi basato sulla quantità di energia prodotta (stimata). Si terranno in considerazione anche zona climatica ed emissioni.
